ABOUT ME
Building stronger organizations and communities for the future.
The best solutions don't simply address today's challenges, they build the relationships, leadership, and systems needed to thrive tomorrow.
For more than two decades, I've partnered with executives, boards, healthcare organizations, governments, nonprofits, and community organizations to navigate complexity, lead change, and strengthen organizational capacity.
My experience includes:
- Executive leadership
- Governance and board development
- Strategic planning
- Organizational development
- Fundraising and healthcare philanthropy
- Housing and homelessness services
- Community development
These experiences have given me the ability to balance strategic thinking with a deep understanding of the people affected by change.
I hold a Master of Arts in Leadership from Trinity Western University, a Bachelor of Arts in Conflict Resolution Studies from the University of Winnipeg, a Certificate in Non-Profit Management from Booth University College, and an Honours Certificate in Applied Counselling from RRC Polytech.
I also serve as a sessional instructor at Booth University College, teaching leadership, ethics, conflict resolution, and community development while helping prepare the next generation of nonprofit and community leaders.
In 2025, I was honoured to receive the King Charles III Coronation Medal in recognition of my contributions to community leadership and public service. While that recognition is deeply meaningful, my greatest reward continues to be helping people and organizations navigate challenges to create lasting impact.

Experience that informs every conversation.
My approach is shaped by both lived experience and more than 20 years of leadership.
Having experienced a period of homelessness early in life, I understand firsthand how resilience, trust, and meaningful support can transform lives. That experience continues to shape how I work - with empathy, authenticity, humility, and respect for every person's story.
Today, I combine that lived experience with professional expertise in mediation, facilitation, leadership development, governance, organizational change, and conflict resolution. Whether I'm supporting an individual through addiction, guiding a leadership team, or facilitating organizational transformation, my focus remains the same: helping people move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Every engagement is tailored to the unique needs, goals, and culture of those I serve.
